There is so much happening in Primary Care right now. 2019/20 has started with a bang.

Getting my head around Primary Care Networks is certainly one thing, but there has also been some national changes around the basic contract too.

Pharmacy workforce is facing a complex challenge and I know I don't have all the answers. But I do have an overwhelming feeling that I need to off load what I know and explain how complex things really are.

There is so much information to digest at the moment and I don't do formality very well. I am your friendly pharmacist-next-door. I am your friend and supportive colleague. I am your dedicated team member that wants the practice team to do well. I am that pharmacist that always puts others first before themselves.

So for the next 100 days I will attempt to share my thoughts and activities. I will do my best to share resources and interpret the changing landscape in simple ramblings. My ramblings. I understand these are challenging times but they're also exciting times. I rebel. Will you join me in the Rebel Alliance?
