It's Saturday and slowly life feels like it's getting back on track. 4 loads of washing done. I've been prepping for our family holiday away. There might be a gap in this '100 days blog' as I actually take a break and get some quality down time.
Over the past weeks...
- attended local PCN meeting
- attended CCG leads meeting
- met with CCG Meds Management team
- attended conferences
- met various NHSE leads
- travelled 180 miles to do FIT UK board work
- telephone conference calls with NHS England
- met with our local councillor
- meeting with LPC and local community pharmacy contractors
- travelled to Sandwich, Firza HQ
- met with RCGP
- met with large community pharmacy multiple
- attended education events including Red Whale
- planned PCPA events
- attended STP PCN meetings
- attended local social prescriber network meeting
- written workforce strategy plan
- written job adverts and job descriptions
- met with various industry contacts to discuss opportunities for PCN
- provided shadowing sessions for Physician Associates, pharmacists and college students
Also I've been a pharmacist in General Practice, seeing patients and agreeing shared decision for health goals. I cannot wait for a real holiday. I've bought some books for the whole family. Mum taught me the importance to keep reading and the privilege it is to own actual books. Now I'm passing that lesson onto the Mini K's.
"Mummy, if I keep reading lots of books and I will learn more and more new things" Noel, aged 7.
