Day 45: Back to spinning plates

Oh my days. I'm so tired. I feel so broken. So much to do at home and for work. Off to London tomorrow for the day, need to organise bits out for the kids. I manage to squeeze in a little bit of work in the morning. Chores and household shopping done. Everyone is feed and watered.

My head is all over the place. I thinking about 101 things. Reflecting on such positive meetings yesterday. There's a real positive vibe for wanting to do something different and collaborate across various organisations in Primary Care to deliver a service that means something of value and importance to everyone. There's certainly a strong will to action change but we are all wise enough to know that some planning and thoughtful considerations need to take place before we start anything as a PCN. What's been really encouraging over the past few weeks is that we are working well as two collective PCNs. Originally 'Pioneers for Health' was established a couple of years ago covering a population size of +100 K. Through the Network Agreement it made sense to divide into smaller PCNs based as closely to geography boundaries. The idea was always going to be that the three smaller PCNs would still work together.

It's become very clear that not all 3 PCNs shared the same vision and 'the how' we wanted to keep working together in fair collaboration. So now I find myself as Clinical Director for Pioneers for Health, Central and supporting Pioneers for Health, North with the workforce strategy and population data analysis. Still feel very new to the area and it's important to me that I form my own relationships outside of The Slieve despite me and Dr Raj Kalia being a bit of a double act at local engagement events. Perhaps we are a real life Rosie and Jim, we could even hire a narrowboat and travel the local canal waterways!

Now back to being a mummy and being called upon ten times a minute... a chance to escape for a while in a sweaty gym! Oh yeah! Fun times!

Yes to kids club at the gym! Mummy gets the endorphins pumped
