Apologies for the brevity of this blog today. I have so much to do. I got home just after 19:30 tonight. I have pegged it to the toilet, it's been my first opportunity to have a wee since waking up this morning.

05:45 - Alarm *hit snooze*

06:00 - Get up, shower and change

06:30 - Get kids up, changed and ready for school. Noel needs dressing up for 1960's day. Facepaint peace sign on face. Tie-dye t-shirt found. Done.

07:20 - Get kids to mum's (Nanny Tran)

07:30 - On wards to work. M5 chaos as standard.

08:30 - Arrive, support triage of 90+ calls

09:30 - Support Practice Manager with drug alerts and cascade of information for practice meeting, as I make my apologies today.

10:30 - Make my other to the opposite side of Birmingham for LPC meeting. LMC representation also today. Talking all things PCN.

13:15 - Drive back to work to start afternoon clinic

14:00 - Grab a mega pack of Tangy Toms and a bar of Fruit & Nut.

14:15 - Afternoon clinic starts

17:00 - Receive call from CCG Diabetes Team arrange appointment to meet.

17:30 - Catch up with diabetes lead practice nurse

18:50 - Leave work

Now I have to prepare for my own PCN meeting tomorrow and reply to all urgent emails.

Breathe Helles. Breathe.

Laptop fired up. Blog typed and uploaded. See you all on the other side.

It's only Monday. MONDAY!
